How do refunds work?

In the case of receiving a faulty good or wrong product, simply contact us with photos and you will be issued a full refund. But please do it within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Or If you decide you just don't want the goods anymore then you have 14 days from receiving the goods to request a refund, where you will need to ship back the product.

In any other case, still contact us and we will support you.
